The NHL is Back and Should Never Change.

We are approximately 10 minutes into pre-season NHL hockey and the boys are already throwing down. The Los Angeles Kings and Arizona Coyotes are currently playing in a tennis arena down in Australia which that in itself is awesome. I love the effort from the NHL to grow the game. Anyway, it took less than 7 minutes of game time for the boys to start fighting.

And that my friends, is one of the many reasons hockey is top 3 in the greatest sports of all time. Meaningless pre-season game and we're throwing fisticuffs in the first period. You won't see that kind of passion in a MLB spring training game and you rarely see this in the NBA regardless of the time of year. Never change NHL, never change.
